My Favourite TV Programmes of 2015

My Favourite TV Programmes of 2015

School takes up so much time. It absorbs any free second you imagined you had but then realised you had an important essay to write. So free time is a rare luxury that I like to spend either eating, or watching TV. For me TV is a way of winding down and relaxing and this year I have branched out further and started watching programmes I wouldn’t usually go for, so I thought I would share with you my new TV programmes of 2015.

1.Melissa and Joey
Melissa and Joey is a sitcom typically broadcasted on E4 staring Melissa Joan Hart and Joey Lawrence. The programme is about a council woman and her niece and nephew. Mel needs more help round the house and ends up hiring a male nanny who goes by the name of Joe Longo, the family have a quirky life but always seem to make the best of any situation. I love this programme because it is so light hearted and I can dip in and out of it whenever I choose as it doesn’t follow any specific story line.

2.Pretty Little Liars
As I’m sure many of you will know, Pretty Little Liars is a murder mystery with a varied number of suspects. Throughout the series many of the main characters get framed as suspects, and one unknown character who calls themselves “A” makes the lives of Hanna, Aria, Emily and Spencer a misery. The programme is enthralling and although I was late to the trend and despite not yet finishing the programme and still knowing what happens in the end, I have really enjoyed watching it. I feel as though this programme takes a bit more concentration but is still fun to watch!

Friends was a sitcom produced in the 1980’s and 90’s featuring Jennifer Anniston, again I have been late to the trend on this one too. My parents were always religious watchers of the programme and always reminisce about particularly funny scenes, so I decided to see what it was all about and I can safely say I don’t regret my decision whatsoever and I am definitely going to carry on watching it.

So to conclude these are my favourite programmes of 2015 so far and if you haven’t already seen any of these programmes I can highly recommend them. If you are looking for something new to watch be sure to give any of these recommendations!!

Let me know what your favourite programmes are in the comments below.
