Lush Products

It’s no new news that I’m a big fan of Lush products so I thought that it would be fitting to give you some of the deets of my favourite products.

The highly publicised Boxing Day sales was something I participated in this year. I spent around 6 hours on the waiting list but gosh was it worth it. Almost all of the Christmas stock was half price so it was such a bargain and I’m so happy with everything I bought.

So the rest of this post is just going to be my reviews of all the products and some photos for you to enjoy.

Needles and Pines Shower Jelly

This is one of the most satisfying products I’ve ever owned. It really reminds me of those jelly and sand videos you see online. The scent is so refreshing as well it smells so Christmassy and it feels lovely on the skin. It’s a lovely consistency you lather it up in a bath puff- or whatever you call it!! Lush also recommends that you put this in the freezer for more of a tingling sensation which feels amazing in the shower. It comes in this little plastic pot which you can take back to lush for it to be properly recycled which is such a good idea.

Snow Fairy Shower Gel

Sticking with the theme of Shower gels I also got my hands on this one too! Snow fairy is one of Lush’s most popular scents especially during the winter months when this is available instore and online. It’s a sweet scent and reminds me of marshmallows which I am a big fan of. Snow fairy is  really not a sickly kind of scent and really sets you up for the day. The gel lathers up really well in the shower or the bath which is a really big plus too. The pots you can buy these in are very cute and compact and would be great for travel. They last such a long time too as it fluffs up well and if you live alone it would last you forever.

Butter Bear

This is such a good little bath bomb. The scent is kind of a vanilla kind of scent, with some oil in it which leaves your skin feeling very fresh and soft. I’ve seen other people add these to other Bath bombs to use it in conjunction. This would be such a good little gift to give for birthdays or any other events. The shape of it is so cute too it looks lovely. I really love the feeling of the bath bomb and it can even be used in conjunction with other bath bombs to add an extra something.

Coal Face

This is a charcoal face wash that comes in the form of a bar of soap. It is by far one of my favourite face washes, it lathers up really well and leaves your face feeling squeaky clean. I really used to hate the feeling of my face being squeaky but I love it now! It has a faint liquorice sort of scent which isn’t over powering and although I cannot stand liquorice I don’t find it a hinderance to the product itself. For acne prone skin I can’t recommend this enough it really helps to combat spots well which the oil absorbing properties of the charcoal. It’s definitely one to try if you haven’t already ❤️

  2. Snow fairy has such a gorgeous scent, it’s a shame they don’t sell it all year round although that makes it more exciting when it does come out! I’ve never tried any of the other products but Butter Bear sounds really nice. Great review and lovely photos x
